What is The Sports Premium?
The school has received Sports Premium funding each year since 2013, which has been increased by the Government this year. The money is ring-fenced, which means it can only be spent on the provision of PE and sport in schools, however we do have the freedom to choose how to spend it. Our only real limitation is that we cannot use it to pay for, or subsidise swimming lessons as these form part of our core National Curriculum.
