I thought you might like some activities that will help you to look after yourself, your mental wellbeing and others around you.
The activities include thinking of ways to be kind to yourself, telling how you are an amazing person and to think about ways you can look after yourself.
There are kindness postcards that you can make for your neighbours or friends. You can make one of your own if you would like.
There is also a list of random acts of kindness that you can do and tick off. Can you think of some of your own to add to it?
I have also added some colouring pictures that you can give to your family or put on your window for everyone to see and smile at. There is also an activity called ‘My Window’ in which you look out of your window and draw what you can see.
When you have completed them you can have a photo taken or store them safely and bring them into school when we go back.
It would be lovely to see any posters, pictures, writing or activities that you have completed.
